1. Information We Collect

We act as a Data Processor for the companies that subscribe to our service (the Data Fiduciaries). We collect the following types of information on their behalf:

• Company Data: Company name, GSTIN, business address, and admin contact details.
• Employee Data: Names, employee IDs, department assignments, contact numbers, and optional biometric photos/Government IDs uploaded by the employer.
• Hardware Logs: RFID UID tags mapped to employees, scan timestamps, and physical hardware location data.

2. How We Use the Information

We use the collected information exclusively to provide the Attendi service. This includes calculating attendance, generating payroll reports, managing leave balances, and ensuring the operational health of our ESP8266 IoT devices.

3. Data Security & Storage

Your data is stored securely on cloud servers. We implement AES-256 encryption for data in transit. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties. Employers have full control over their workforce data and can export or delete it at any time.
